Application Requirements:
- Candidate must possess citizenship in a foreign nation. You cannot be a citizen of Colombia or be involved in a marriage or extramarital relationship there.
- Candidate must not be more than fifty years of age.
- Candidate must possess a degree from an undergraduate, graduate, or professional program in any field of study.
- To apply for the call, the candidate must have an average of 4.0 out of 5.0, or it’s equal on the Colombian scale.
- Candidate must be accepted into at least one graduate program listed in the Academic Offer Catalogue for Call 2024–2025. Candidates can apply to three different degree programs.
- If a Candidate is applying for a program taught in Spanish, he/she must possess a suitable level of language ability in Spanish.

Program Duration:
- Specialization: Up to 18 months (3 Academic semesters)
- Masters: Up to 24 months (4 Academic semesters)
- Doctorate: Up to 48 months (8 Academic Semesters)
