- For Undergraduate and General Medicine programs, the age should not be more than 35 years.
- For the Graduate and Medical Residency program, the age should not be more than 40 years.

Procedure to Apply for Government Scholarships 2024 in Azerbaijan:
- The Scholarship cannot be applied for directly by applicants. Every candidate must wait to apply until the call for applications is released by the relevant government agencies (Ministries, Embassies, etc.).
- The candidate must apply and provide all the required documentation to the relevant authorities. The relevant authorities will choose candidates and put forward student nominations.
- Following the nominations, they will use the Study in Azerbaijan Centralised Admission Service (SIACAS) website (portal.edu.az) to apply for the second stage of the procedure.
