Procedure to Apply for MOFCOM Scholarship 2024 in China :
- Browse http://www.csc.edu.cn/studyinchina or www.campuschina.org and click on “Application Online for International Students”.
- Read the “Tips for online application” carefully before clicking “NEXT” to reach the registration page.
- Log in with your username and password. As a new user, click “Create an account” to register.
- Enter the correct Agency Number and Programme Category. Before inputting the Agency Number, you must select the appropriate Programme Category. The Agency Number designates the exact application receiving agency. Make sure to enter accurately; if not, your application might not be approved.
- Your “Agency Number” is 00010, and your “Programme Category” is Type A. The agency’s name will immediately show after you enter the relevant “Agency Number.”
- Following the steps provided on the left side of the page, accurately fill out the online application form and upload the necessary supporting files.
- A discipline must be selected by candidates before choosing a major. If you’re unsure about majors and disciplines, check out the Disciplines Index, which you can download under Help.
- Before submitting your application, thoroughly go over every section of it. To submit your application, click “Submit.”
- By selecting “Withdraw and Edit the Application” at the top of the page, you can make modifications to your application if necessary. Make sure you click “Submit” once more after making any necessary adjustments. If this isn’t done, the application that was retrieved can be deemed invalid and the new one won’t be accepted.
- By selecting “Print the Application Form,” you can download the filled-out form and print two hard copies.
- Send the entire application package, including hardcopies and scanned copies, to the Chinese Embassy’s Economic and Commercial Counsellor’s Office (ECCO). Prepare any additional supporting documentation that may be needed.
