- Citizen of UGRAD participating country
- Currently enrolled in the graduate program
- Completed secondary education in their home country
- Strong command of spoken & written the English language
- Able to start studies in the US in January 2022

- Declared medically or physically fit by the physician
- Committed to returning their home country after completion of the program
